Principal Instructor and founder of ActivFitness, with over 20 years in the fitness industry. Having experienced the rigours of competitive sports, Ahmad understands the importance of leading an active lifestyle and has since dedicated himself to physical fitness.

Today, Ahmad is one of the leading players in the industry in the field of Aerobics, Zumba, Kickboxing and Step programs. From organising and leading mega fitness events for thousands of participants, to designing training programs to cater to different needs, Ahmad stands by his motto "Ditch the workout and join the party!".

Having paved successful careers in sectors such as, Aviation (customer services sector), Public Relations (PR)/Marketing, and playing a major role in the business management of a lifestyle retail shop – till now, delving into the world of alternative fitness.

Full of energy and constantly seeking the next most exciting fitness method, Ming believes in bringing into each of the class he teaches, the right amount of sass, humor and most importantly bountiful energy.

Ming has been changing the way people move and with over 1,000 or so followers, from having taught in places such as Upside Motion and at the same time currently teaching in studios like WeBarre, Virgin Active (AntiGravity® Fitness) as well Platinum Yoga (Aerial Yoga) and most recently Trium Fitness (Aerial Yoga). All at the same time, conducting private group Pilates classes, both corporate and personal.

Chris Wong

Chief Trainer - Arena Muay Thai Fitness

A well respected Muay Thai expert, Chris was once ranked No.2 in the world (U18). Founder of Muay Art Fitness, he has been delivering the art of traditional Muay Thai both in Singapore and overseas.

Currently the coach for Singapore's Muay Thai national team, Chris is a no nonsense trainer but is a very cool and chill instructor when he is not wearing the gloves.

He is a strong advocate of 'Train Hard, Fight Easy' and his favourite phrase is 'never fear, just fight.'

Jeffrey Chua

Jeffrey is the Group Director of the Exponent Group of Companies and awarded the sole rights from T-Wall and on-the-ropes as their representative in South East Asia. With these tie-ups and since diversifying from its core business of adventure camps, Climbing and Kayaking courses, Jeffrey has firmly established ECTA as the “mover and shaker” of the local outdoor industry by pushing up the quality standard in the construction of high-element, outdoor facilities, and benchmarking the industry’s training and operation to international standards.

A former national rower, sea scout leader, police officer and Outward Bound Instructor, Jeffrey’s extensive experience in outdoor education and adventure learning spans more than 27 years. Jeffrey is also a consultant in high / low challenge course and rock wall design, construction and safety audit.

Aaron Huan

Master Trainer - Arena Taekwondo Martial Art Fitness

Master Aaron Huan's Martial Arts journey began at a very young age. Born the youngest child in a Taekwon-do family, Martial Arts was an everyday life for him. His father, Grandmaster B S Huan (GM Huan), being the Pioneer of Taekwon-do in Singapore ensured that the entire family was taught the Art of Self-Defence. His elder siblings, Adrian, Aldrin & Anjanette, are all Taekwon-do Black Belts.

In 2000, he joined the Police Force and went on to be Assistant to OC Dojo, Police Defense Techniques exponent, Division Taekwondo Conveynor, Police Unarmed Tactics Instructor and Police Defense Tactics Trainer which taught Unarmed Tactics and Baton techniques to many frontline officers.

He spent a substantial amount of time researching on the practical aspects and applications of unarmed self-defence. There were many real life encounters with subjects who were very physical and violent. But Master Aaron Huan never once attacked or strucked them. Instead, many restraining techniques were applied to subdue the savage persons
